There are several possible reasons why your payment might not be processing:
Card Issues: Your debit or credit card may be expired, have insufficient funds, or be blocked for online or international transactions.

  1. Bank Restrictions: Some banks may block payments to certain merchants or require additional verification.
  2. Incorrect Information: Double-check that your card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are entered correctly.
  3. Technical Glitches: Occasionally, technical issues with our payment processor or your internet connection can prevent the transaction from completing.
  4. Security Flags: For your protection, your bank or our system may flag and block suspicious or repeated attempts.

What can you do?

  • Try using a different card or payment method.
  • Contact your bank to ensure they’re not blocking the transaction.
  • Clear your browser cache and try again, or switch to a different browser.
  • If the problem continues, [contact our support team] for further assistance.

You can request a refund only if you have not yet posted a job or submitted an application. Once a job has been posted or an application has been submitted, refunds are no longer available. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your payment details and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days if eligible.

To redeem a coupon on our platform, follow these simple steps:

  1. Choose a Job Posting Package – Go to the pricing or job posting page and select the package that suits your needs.
  2. Enter Your Coupon Code – On the checkout page, you’ll see a field labeled “Coupon Code” or “Promo Code.” Enter your valid code there.
  3. Apply the Code – Click the “Apply” button. If the code is valid, the discount will be applied to your total automatically.
  4. Complete the Payment – Proceed with the remaining payment process (if applicable) and confirm your job post.
Note: Coupon codes are case-sensitive and may have expiration dates or usage limits. Make sure your code is still valid.

To change your account name, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile icon or username in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “Account Settings” or “Profile Settings” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Locate the “Name” or “Account Name” field.
  5. Enter your new name and click “Save” or “Update”.
